Stampede Farm Tours give an up-close look at local farms and ranches. There are three tours to choose from: visit a Hutterite Colony, a feedlot and brewery; a working ranch, crop farm and dairy farm; or a working ranch and horse farm.

Stampede Farm Tours expand the Calgary Stampede brand beyond the park gates with great success. “The reviews were exceptional,” says Allison Wright, Agriculture manager. “We are really, really excited to have this new program.” Launched in 2007, the Stampede Farm tours hosted Calgarians and guests from across Canada, England, New Zealand and Kazakhstan. Albertan farmers and ranchers also joined the tour to find out more about the beef cattle industry, horses, dairy cattle and sheep.
