Parade committee
The Parade committee produces the 170-entry, 2-hour parade that traverses a 4.5 km route through downtown Calgary, as the kickoff to the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth, to over 350,000 on-route spectators and a global television audience. The committee also manages two Calgary Stampede parade floats that attend other community's parades.
Promotion committee
The Promotion committee consists of a group of volunteers who promotes western spirit and values at many events.
