The Calgary Stampede wants to help all Calgarians and southern Albertans celebrate in true western style – year-round! Whether you host an event in your community, at your office, or on Stampede Park, we have the experience and the tools to help make your celebration memorable.

If you are planning a western-themed event and need help to make it just right, our community event bookings are for you. Volunteers from the Promotion committee will greet and ‘brand’ your guests. The Stampede Caravan offers a tasty pancake breakfast and entertainment. If you are planning a fundraiser and would like to auction off authentic Calgary Stampede merchandise, we can help with that too. In any case, there are many options available that will give your event true western flair.

New this year, a community spirit program has been designed to recognize businesses and communities that demonstrate and encourage their employees to exhibit western spirit by decorating their premises in western motif and dressing western in celebration of the Calgary Stampede.

Volunteers from the Promotions committee with travel the city throughout the week prior to Stampede and during Stampede to view displays and staff participation. Recognition will be given instantly to any business/community group presenting great western spirit.  For more information on this program, click here.
