How do I apply for the 2010 Calgary Stampede?

On May 18, 2010 we will post a link on our website that will bring you to our Stampede 2010 application. Simply fill out the application and book an interview time that is convenient for you. Interviews will begin in late May and continue until all positions are filled. Please note all positions are filled on a first come, first served basis. If positions are full, applicants will be placed on a wait list.

I have worked for the Calgary Stampede before, how do I apply?

If you worked at the Stampede in 2009 and have been rated rehireable you will receive an invitation in April to return to your position for the 2010 Stampede. If you worked for the Stampede prior to 2009 you need to apply on May 18, 2010 through the online application.

Do you conduct interviews by phone for out of town applicants?

All interviews are conducted at the People Centre located on Stampede Park.

Training times and dates will be provided at the time of hire.

How do I apply to work at Nashville North and other food and beverage venues?

Bartending and wait staff positions are extremely limited. Our recruitment process works like this:

Place year-round employees into positions at the venues; invite rehireable employees from 2009 to return to their positions for 2010; if positions are still available, recruit new candidates from online application process (starting on May 18, 2010).
